This page lets you permanently delete your Bamaja account and all data associated with it. Bamaja is operated by Bamaja Integrated Online Services, Lagos, Nigeria.
How it works
- Enter your account email below and submit the form.
- We will send a confirmation link to that email.
- Click the link within 24 hours to confirm deletion.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
This action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account, credits, purchases, and content cannot be recovered.
What will be deleted
- Your login email and password
- Your name and profile information
- Your PixBot credits (free and paid)
- Your Bamaja credits (NaijaBot, HustleBot, LearnBot, BirthdayBot)
- Your full purchase and payment history
- Your generated images and chat history
- Your login session tokens
What is retained after deletion
- Anonymized usage analytics (no personal data attached)
- Server logs older than 90 days (rotated automatically)
- A compliance audit log with masked email (e.g. j***n@gmail.com) — kept for legal and security audits as required by app store policies
